How it works
What counts as one request?
One deliverable or one tightly scoped project: a video edit, an ad set, a landing page, an email sequence. If a request is really five things, we split it and tell you before we start.
How fast does a slot move?
About three finished deliverables a week. Small assets land same day, a landing page takes closer to a week. Every request shows its queue position, so nothing is a mystery.
How do I request work?
You describe it in chat, our intake agent asks whatever is missing, and you approve the request before it enters your queue. No forms.
Can I change slots mid-month?
Add one and it starts immediately, prorated. Drop one and it applies at your next billing date so nothing in production gets orphaned.
Can I pause?
Yes. Billing freezes and every file, document, and request stays exactly where you left it.
